Clear your browsing cache: This can be done by going to the top right of your browser and selecting the three dots. Go to the settings and find Security and Privacy (Wording for this tab may change depending on the browser). Go to the section in the tab where it allows you to clear browsing data. Make sure you do not have the portal open before performing the next step. Click clear browsing data and set the time range to all time. Make sure Cached images and files is selected. Clear data.
*If you are on a computer when running into these issues, you may be able to resolve it by pressing Ctrl and F5 at the top of the keyboard at the same time.
If clearing browsing data does not work and you are using a browser that is not Google Chrome, especially Safari, try installing Chrome and attempt making the payment there.
